R.O.C.K. MINISTRIES INC. purposes to win soul for Jesus Christ, ministering to all in need through a comprehensive program guided by the Holy Spirit and executed in accordance with the Holy Bible. Financial support shall be through combination of private and public contributions. Encouraging people from all Christian denominations to unite in bringing freedom to the Body of Christ and the lost.

• To evangelize and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all of the people of the world, creating true discipleship among those to whom it ministers.
  
  
• To minister to the needs of the community in practical ways with food, clothing and shelter while addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.
  
  
• To minister healing and deliverance to the total person of those held in bondage to physical, emotional or spiritual problems and to educate the community on these same matters.
  
  
• To provide counseling and referrals for those with problems stemming from drugs, alcohol, depression, domestic violence, and those struggling with suicidal thoughts.
  
  
• To organize healing rooms, a Holy Spirit empowered environment, for the deliverance of those oppressed and under the bondage of satanic forces.
  
  
• To provide a recreational, social and educational community center.
  
  
• To bridge the gap between churches and denominations.
